This unique custom hand-built "Tiny House" is a labour of love that has been used as a permanent home for six years. It was built in 2018.

It is 9 x 2.5 x 4m with a bespoke wooden finish. It has two mezzanine floors (one is bedroom, one dining/living room), office, kitchen and bathroom. It has high-quality wood-framed double-glazed windows, wood stove, compost toilet (but could be connected to sewerage), gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shower, kitchen sink and space for a washing machine if needed. The shower is supplied by an LPG-powered boiler, delivering reliable hot water on demand. The unit is fitted with a shower tray and curtain/door, toilet, hand basin, and all necessary internal plumbing. Water and waste tanks are intact, and the structure is solid and weatherproof.

It comes in 4 pieces: x2 door pieces with velcro roll up doors , x1 groundsheet and x1 large main roof part, all of the pieces attach at multiple points to the metal frame and then velcro also to each other.

They are made from a quality thick canvas that is still going after all these years so its hardy stuff.
The ground sheet is a thick pvc with velcro bits to attach to the metal frame.

They are designed in such a way that they hold a hammock in each corner, hence the name hammock tent.
