Beautiful bespokely made Shepherds Hut, only 1 year old, cedar clad and uniquely designed interior for sale.

It has some beautiful unique features such as the copper sink and rustic woodwork with iron hinges for storage. The light fitting in the bedroom is made up of coper piper. Also included is the fridge with top freezer, wooden venetian blind for the main window. The bedroom space is situated through a round entrance making it cosy and nicely separate from the rest of the space.

There is a drop down table which can be collapsed as well as two stools. I sourced a small armchair which can be included as well. In short, most of what you can see in the pictures (apart from a few sentimental pieces) is included in the price!

The hut is 5m long x 2.6 m wide.

It was built onto a 1950s (?) Vintage chassis with detachable wooden steps.

The hut was used for glamping last year and so is equipped with everything you could need to start renting.

The hut is set up for electric hook up with lights, plugs and USB charging points.

Complete with mattress, bedding, fridge, sink, gas hob, fire extinguishers, blanket, smoke & CO2 alarms and kitchen items.

All the windows and doors are reclaimed and so are showing weathering in concurrence with their age.

The hut can't be towed and will need a flat bed trailer to be moved. It's situated in a field so will need a suitable vehicle and trailer, I can seek advice from the person who moved it for me as well.

The shepherd's hut will be up for rent between April and September so collection might have to be delayed depending on bookings. It is still possible to view however and open to buying offers.
