Sold Rustic Shepherds Hut Style Toilet / Shower Cabin - Oxfordshire

Description

Used for our glamping site and wedding venue, our four cubicle toilet block has two showers and four WCs.

It is 7m long by 2.3m wide.

Cubicle 1 is 2.1m by 1.9m and has a shower, loo and basin.
Cubicle 2 is 2.1m by 1.7m and has a loo and basin.
Cubicle 3 is 2.1m by 1.7m and has a loo, shower and basin.
Cubicle 4 is 2.1m by 1.1m and has a loo and a basin.

A separate boiler is housed in a sentry box and will need a service (see photo of hut in situ on site - steps are not included in the sale).
Tyres hold air but are perished.

Will make a useful, instant addition to any glamping/camping site or wedding venue.

Buyer to organise collection. Will need a trailer/lorry as the hut is not road legal.
