Custom Airstream-style aluminium touring caravan 2017 in excellent condition with an eye-catching lift up side door.

Bespoke design and handmade by Rocket Caravans UK.

It has been very successfully rented out as an Airbnb in the owners garden for 8 years.

The caravan has a unique feature - the side wall lifts up and out bringing the countryside into the lounge! This side wall when lifted has LED downlighters to enjoy light outside.

One bedroom with fixed double bed and one single bed can be made up in the lounge area.

Bathroom has a full height shower with glazed door, a sink, cupboard and standard porcelain toilet. Access is available for a cassette style toilet.

Kitchen has a John Lewis combi oven with regular and fan oven which also has a microwave within it. There is a 3 ring hob with extractor fan and light. Numerous drawers and cupboards surround the cooker. There is a slot-in fridge with a small freezer box.

There are two fixed TVs on flexible arms - one in the bedroom and one in the lounge.

The caravan is heated with a towel rail radiator and a free standing electrical heater.

There is a 2023 water heater with a large water tank under the bed. There is a leisure battery also.

The lounge seating is finished in blue suede leather. The table is of a bespoke wood design.

There is a lifting power pod in the hall with a stereo/cd/radio fitted with all round sound fitted with 4 speakers.

Strip LED colour change lighting in the lounge has a remote control. All other lighting is LED.

This caravan can be used for holiday towing or it could be successfully rented out as a glamping holiday let.

The Rocket is fully kitted out for immediate use - no need to buy crockery, saucepans as it is all included in the sale.
