14ft Yurt/Ger Refurbished + with Wooden Base - Canterbury, Kent

This is a 2nd hand 14ft Yurt originally purchased from Skytents. It is in excellent condition. Fully refurbished only a few weeks ago. Nearly new. There is NO mould or mildew or damp damage!

Main features:
14ft diameter Bifold pine front door
4-panel window with an opening panel on the top left
PVC window
PVC skycap
Green and brown canvas walls and roof segments
Wooden lattice structure (Khana) for the Walls in three pieces
Wooden poles that hold up the crown
the crown on top
tensioning bands multiple guy ropes
+the flooring/base (see below)

The green and light brown canvas material was refurbishment a few weeks ago and is like new.

It has only been up two weeks as part of an interconnected Yurt pair. I am selling because my partner is moving away (very sad I can't live in it - but there we go!)

I am selling it with a new custom full wooden base that we made for the Yurt that is raised off the ground. I spent over a grand and a half just on these materials with current timber prices. See pics for more of an idea. The base/floor is made of the following layers from the ground up:
Black plastic groundsheet (Shingle layer - but I am keeping this for a soakaway)
Roughly 10 concrete blocks
Treated timber legs (most are 200*50mm)
Treated timber 200mm*50mm grid Treated timber 50*75mm grid
22mm depth Moisture resistant chipboard
5mm depth SuperGold Wood & Laminate Flooring Underlay (high-quality product)
Oak effect laminate click fit flooring Plywood
Skirting
The entire base is bolted and screwed so can come apart. No nails were used.

I am also selling separately a 5kw multifuel stove with the flashing and internal flu ready to go if you are interested.

The buyer has to come and dismantle, with pickup from CT2 9LA, Kent.
