This incredibly stylish 1740 square foot space, has been designed to create a very welcoming and comfortable environment whilst being extremely practical too. It has recently been used as creative space for a team of designers, but has also doubled up as the most amazing party venue too.

The main area is 9m x 12m and can comfortably seat 40 people. The hand made 3.6m desks featured in these photos are also available separately if you are interested in them.

The wonderful reclaimed windows originally came from a Manor House in Norfolk. They provide really great light to the area and give the space a real presence. They look amazing from the outside too.

The floors are reclaimed too and the ceiling is fully insulated. There is extensive wiring throughout, together with CAT6 cabling to all the desk areas. There is a very efficient LPG central heating system throughout the building and this is also included.

In the second section of the building there is a kitchen area, a meeting room and a communal dining area. Provision can be made to further sub divide if this is needed. We can also provide additional openings/doors if required.

The price includes the full dismantling of the structure and it's re-build in a new location. Please note that the ground works required prior to the build are not included in the price.
