Pony Trailer Bathroom with washing up area, toilet, sink, and very cool double shower.

Hand built in 2020. 'The Wee Room', used for one season.

Only for sale as we are building a fixed structure.

This is a brilliant set up to pop out the door of a yurt/tipi/bell.

We had it for a 26ft yurt for 5 people using it.

Will need the boiler of your choice added to the set up by a competent plumber.

We had an electric water cylinder, but if you need to keep it off grid space has been left for a small gas combi boiler.

Lights are LED so suited for a battery hook up.

We do not recommend road towing this trailer, as it has been sat for 12 months without moving, recommend a low loader/trailer for collection.
