This unique custom hand-built "Tiny House" is a labour of love that has been used as a permanent home for six years. It was built in 2018.

It is 9 x 2.5 x 4m with a bespoke wooden finish. It has two mezzanine floors (one is bedroom, one dining/living room), office, kitchen and bathroom. It has high-quality wood-framed double-glazed windows, wood stove, compost toilet (but could be connected to sewerage), gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shower, kitchen sink and space for a washing machine if needed. This is an unused yurt, it has been safely dry stored from new, is in excellent condition with full assembly instructions.
The yurt's door and windows are made of pine, designed to welcome as much natural sunlight as possible by extending their sizes including a porch.
All wooden parts are hand crafted including wooden carvings of animals on the supporting poles (see photos).
Inner liner-(cotton cover), felt (2cm thick insulation)-100% organic sheep's wool, canvas cover (made of a heavy duty hard pressed poly/cotton canvas), outer layer (light canvas fabric with decorative motifs) and crown cover for the skylight.

You are looking at our 13 metres, frequency 6 geodesic dome. The dome has only been used twice so it’s in very good condition. The exterior PVC cover is in an almost new condition.
We used the dome as a projection dome so we have an inside cover that hides all the poles and gives a smooth finish with which to project on.
