24 ft all year round yurt for sale great condition

Beautiful 24 foot yurt. Purchased in 2021 from Hearthworks in Glastonbury Somerset, supplier to all the big festivals.

This was purpose made by request from us in 2020 deliver in February 2021 had it up for about a year then took it down again and placed into storage for a year put back up in 2024.

It has a handcrafted ash wood frame with solid lockable door, durable heavyweight canvas cover and pvc dome window, the colour is sand and olive, it comes complete with full wool insulation, heavy duty groundsheet designed to block moisture and reduce unwanted airflow, full coir matting and half moon rugs it also has a purpose hand built burner with granite base with a re enforced flue plate. The roof ring and all the struts are hand finished ash, there is also a small porch. This yurt appears on the Hearthworks website just as an example.

We paid approx £29,000, all in as the insulation costs a bomb but we wanted to use it all year long, it is also strengthened will not bow or dip as Hearthworks specialise in this, we are also including all the base which includes 60 concrete decking blocks, frame is made from 6x2 timber with 18 ml P5 moisture resistant tongue and groove sheets which cost another 2 grand to build.

This yurt can be used year round.

We worked through lockdown in the middle of a field and it was always toasty warm.

The yurt is in very good condition comes ready to go. You will have to remove it yourselves looking for about £15000 Ono.

This would be great to use for business or for pleasure great for an air bnb and would be a real asset. It’s very special.
