6 foot by 8 foot shed adapted for use as a toilet block.

The shed is from Simply Sheds in Midlothian, lined with plasterboard and partitioned into two cubicles. It has a fine felt roof.

Included in the sale:
- Two toilet pans, cisterns and seats
- One wash hand basin with electric water heater
- One wall mounted electric heater, PLUS frost control heater
- All ironmongery, doors, latches, hinges etc
- Four light fittings (one emergency exit sign), plus fuse box and all cabling
- Pipes for clean water in and sewage out
- Wall linings and partitions

The toilet block has been in use for about nine months. It is wind and water tight, no damage to the fixtures and fittings.

Ideal for a festival venue, campsite or a building site. Just connect up the electrics, water supply and sewage. As a relatively small unit that can also be dismantled it is good for a tight spot or somewhere with difficult access.
