6 Cubicle Mobile Shower Block 3 Female + 3 Male.

Campsite - Event shower unit.

Twin axle galvanized chassis with twin leaf spring suspension.
Body Measures 7.1mtrs long x 2.38m wide.
23.2ft x 7.8ft Overall including tow-bar 7.6m 24.9ft long
Weight approx 3 ton

Externally in good used condition.
Weatherproof and dry inside.
Insulated professionally built cabin structure.
Easy clean high gloss surfaces in good condition throughout.
Separate gender access. 3 showers for ladies and 3 for men.
2x Wash basins in each side with push button H&C taps + vanity mirrors.
Anti-slip vinyl grey commercial flooring and signage.
3x Baxi 105e Combi gas LPG water heaters. Two in service and a 3rd not connected (spare?)
Tyres have good tread and hold air.
Pair aluminium 3 step access steps with attaching locking bolts, handrail and adjustable legs.
Modern modular undamaged interior in good condition. Good white condition.
All Led low energy lighting (some with emergency backup) in each shower pod and in the sink wash area
External LED emergency lights with internal emergency backup illumination supply over steps
Electric Air heaters with programmable timers and anti tamper covers. Tested & in working order.
Separate rear services plant room access door.
Opening Skylights in roof, 3 in each side.
Single Push button timed shower actuators on each shower.
Thermostatic temperature blending valves on boilers in plant room.
Incoming water pressure reducer/regulator.
Twin 13A power outlet in the plant room.
Hager consumer unit in plant room
Plant room wash down tap.
Additional 13a waterproof double external outlet on the under chassis between front doors.
4 adjustable body support jacks, one on each corner.
Towing integrated trailer lights, plug and cable, working order.

This shower block was drained down and decommissioned when a new purpose built building was finished.

2 front door keys included but the locks are difficult so could do with some new lock barrels if you want to lock it. Opening handles work fine.

The trailer brakes are not working.

Bradbury 3.5T Towing hitch is good, towing lights do work and I have moved it around our site a few times with a 4x4 without problems so the wheels turn OK.
