This unique set-up was designed on CAD and purpose-built for a one-off high-end event, resulting in a seamless finish that is rare in the temporary events industry. The event space can accommodate 230 - 250 people seated, along with a huge 5m-long bar. The number of people seated was achievable because of the unique furniture that was designed for this event (available to purchase separately) and the huge volume of space created with the design of these walls that sit very close to the edge of the canvas.

Although suitable for a pop-up event, it would also work exceptionally well as a semi-permanent set-up for weddings all year round or to increase space at hotels and restaurants. Our staff will assist you with the initial set-up to ensure there is no damage during installation.

These walls increase a double hat set-up to be the same internal usable volume as a triple hat set-up with sides down, whilst simultaneously creating a unique venue with windows, panelling and doors throughout.

Special tipi woodwork

Each wall panel has feather board exterior cladding with a waterproof membrane beneath and stained tongue and groove interior cladding. Window panels have 3mm acrylic sheets with supporting batons. Panels weigh between 95 and 105kg each, depending on configuration. The walls were designed to have just a 10mm gap between them and the floor.

There are also many additional pieces of woodwork that are not sold by tipi companies, which are included in the total price of £37,500 (including VAT). This setup is to be sold as one and does not include the tipis or furniture. These can be purchased for an additional cost. We would prefer a quick sale to free up space in the warehouse, so we are open to fair offers.

The interlocking stained floorboards are cut to the exact shape of the two connected tipis, resulting in a cleaner finish than other temporary structures that use rectangular boards. This also means no moisture enters the tipi as the boards do not stick out. Full boards measure 2.4m x 0.7m and weigh 17.5kg. Every board is labelled by number and letter to ensure they are laid correctly and have the standard interlocking offset system used in the industry.
