Chassis: Solid Oak Rolling Chassis with Box Section Steel Runners

Cladding: 150mm Naturally Seasoned, Maintenance Free Oak Feather Edge

Steps: Removable 3 tread solid oak with keyed mortise and tenon joints.

Door: Four Pane Stable Door in Indigo. 840 x 1940 mm. Hung on left from outside.

Windows: no2. Eight Pane Double Casement Window in Indigo, 18mm Double Glazing. 1150 x 900 mm

Cladding: 125 x 20mm Vintage/rough sawn finish, keyed redwood boards with stainless steel nails. Shelves: Shelf above shower room door and 2 by kitchen area Ventilation: In accordance with BS en 1647:2012. Insulation: 50mm thickness of Thermafleece Sheep Wool insulation for floor, walls and roof.

Colours: Colours TBC Flooring: 20mm solid oak 7” wide boards with two coats of Bona Naturale Fire: Villager Puffin multi fuel stove. It is rated at 4kw output. Includes a slate hearth, oak surround, heat deflection plate, black twin wall flue and for your peace of mind, a carbon monoxide detector.
