Internal measurements: 4.2m x 4.2m
On a 7.2m x 4.8m base

Base is ground screws so no need for foundations or groundworks needed.

Floor base is planked, sanded timber on floor joists at 600mm with 100mm of insulation.

Walls are round logs, Dougals Fir, varying from 10 to 16 inches and have insulation between to ensure a wind and waterproof seal.

Roof internal is 20mm Douglas fir timber with 100mm insulation between this and the roof.

Roof is a replica tile composite.

Enough room for a double bed, a bunk or pull-out bed, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, and a small log burner. These can be supplied and fitted according to your budget and finish quality.

1.8m roof overhang at the front to give a spacious patio area.

Doors and windows can be put in ad-hoc and can be supplied and fitted to your spec.

All the Douglas fir is sourced from a small sustainable woodland in Mid Wales.
