3x 18ft 5.25m Yurt - Hexham, Northumberland

Description

A lovely hand made 18 foot diameter yurt (furnishings not included). Ex hire but very well looked after and serviced.

Ash frames finished to a high standard, roof ribs, steam bent lattice and wheel. Rounded and well sanded edges with book screw and lacing line fixings.

With a large wooden framed window (heavy duty perspex panes) and a softwood double door.

The canvas cover is made of 12oz Regentex which has recently been treated with Fabsil for uv and water and rot.

The cover comprises two wall sections, tension bands, roof cover and star cover with large pvc window.

We can fit Flue Flashing, manufacture felt/wool insulation and cotton liners if required. POA

These yurts can come with a heavy duty groundsheet at an extra cost of £100 + vat

Canvas shows usual signs of wear and tear (some fading)

“This item is used but in very good condition. Framework has recently been oiled and serviced, door and Window frame will be freshly varnished upon sale. The canvas covers have lots of life in them but will show some fading as these are used items. Door and window frame will show usual signs of age related wear but only cosmetic, the door is fitted with a yale style night latch. These yurts have been used for no more than 6 summer seasons, predominately erected for weekend events only.
