I have run this wedding venue for the last 19 years!With over 20 weddings a year it's a profitable business.
We rent the location and subcontract the catering. Our profit is from the facility fee (around £6,000), the bar and a percentage of the catering fee.
The owner of the house is glad to continue the arraignment with the new owner. And you don't have to pay rent on weeks when there is no weddings!
Along with the wedding venue there is a campsite for 30x Tents 24x Motorhomes or caravans.
Our location Park Hall Farm is a 17t Century farmhouse with sumptuous grounds.
