2x 18ft Yurts Incl. Wooden Flooring System - Cumbria

Description

Two second hand 18ft Yurts in sand & olive green, including raised wooden flooring system - price is for each (NO VAT).

Yurts comprise the following;
- 12oz polycotton canvas in sand with olive green trim, crown cover – cleaned and re-waterproofed
- UK sourced Ash trellis, roof poles and roof crown – cleaned and re-oiled
- Two opening clear PVC windows with exterior privacy flap
- Softwood stable style door including mortice lock and keys – stained with a protective wood stain
- Tie down ratchet system for roof crown

All woodwork is in fantastic condition and all fully refurbished. Viewing recommended.

Unique raised wooden flooring system

The flooring system comprises of the following;
• Floor tops to exact size and fit Fully varnished and removable 12mm birch ply boards and centre piece – all floor tops have been fully refurbished and a fresh coat of floor varnish applied
• 2” x 4” tanalised timber subframe – which can be left outside all year meaning only the ply boards need removing
• Flooring system includes all screws and fixings
• Wooden cut to size edging strips

This unique flooring system allows anyone with limited practical experience or ability with basic tools to set up and level a raised wooden floor on uneven ground.

We (Long Valley Yurts) are one of the largest and longest established glamping holiday providers in the country. With over 15 years of experience providing glamping holidays in yurts. We are downsizing our operation as we have recently taken on a campsite.

All yurts have been in use seasonally (Mar - Oct) for 5 years and all have plenty of life remaining and are in great all round condition.

Yurt and flooring are priced for collection from our workshop in the South Lake District (near Kendal) but we can quote for delivery and set up including onsite training if required.
