Description

All units come with plumbing, hand wash heater and electrical fuse board. All are watertight and secure
The toilets are waterproof and wooden cladded and come in blocks of 6 units and have a small radiator in each.

Block 1 – 5 WCs & 1 Accessible WC.
Block 2 – 5 WCs & Cloakroom.
Block 3 – 5 WCs & 1 Accessible WC.
Block 4 – 5 WCs & Utility Room.

Ideally we would like to offer them as a complete facility to provide a professional WC solution however, would be willing to provide them as individual blocks.

The central roof is 9ft wide and the cabins are 24 x8 ft each.

I would like £12,500 per unit £45,000 for all four units. VAT will be additional

These units will no longer be required after January 2025 and I did think they may be of interest in a campsite for site offices / catering / camping toilets? Attached are some photos – let me know if this is something you’d like more info or to arrange a visit!

These were used as part of the enabling works for Theatre Clwyd’s (CH7 1YA) renovation. We purchased these portable cabins that were converted to be some very nice toilets to provide temporary facilities whilst our our theatre building was re-modelled. It was designed to cope with an audience of around 750 people.
