Description

A 3 cubicle jack leg unit measuring approx. 3.9m x 2.5m.

Pressure treated timber frame construction, insulated and faced with hardwood ply inside and out and spray finished using Little Green eggshell paint

This unit has 2 identical cubicles for ladies or gents and also a cubicle that has adaptations to assist the lesser abled with baby changing facilities included. Door openings are fitted with low profile weather bars to assist with this.

Each cubicle is heated using low energy panel heaters and the unit is protected by a frost stat.

Each cubicle is lit with spotlights that are activated by a PIR mechanism that ensures the lights are only used when the toilets are being used. There’s is provisions for an outside light to be fitted when the unit isn’t in transit.

Each cubicles is lockable with an internal thumb turn facility.

Each cubicle is fitted out with a circular mirror above each sink and also a full length mirror.

The sinks deliver warm fresh water and the loos flush with fresh water.

The unit has been designed to be transportable on a trailer (not included) and can be lifted using the lifting eyes attached to the jack legs.

The unit is also designed to sit above a 4500lt waste tank which could also be supplied at an extra cost. However it could also be mains connected.

If you are looking for a off grid / green solution it could be connected to a bio digester, cesspit / reed bed or constructed wetland system.

This unit would be ideal for Camping / Glamping sites. It could equally be used replace existing facilities during maintenance or for toilet hire company.

As the unit is mobile it could be place withing a building or marquee. It could be built into a deck or platform to provide level access.

If the use was seasonal the unit could be moved into storage for winter. Or moved from one location to another as required.
