One of the doors is a drawbridge that makers part of the balcony. The balcony is included.

There is room for an internal loo. Outside shower and water tank.

The builders details are available on request. It's also a very secure trailer. It's towable although the lights don't work.

The plumbing is all very well though out.

240v hook up and 200 ah gel battery.

The trailer we think originally a world war two, workshop trailer, repairing tank hydraulics - So it's quite historic.

We have rented this out for £150 per night (for two people) or £700 per week. Making it a good earner.
