A mobile "building" that consists of 4 rooms (approx. 150sqr ft each) each with its own built in shower arranged around a central "green room" hangout space of approx. 200sqr ft. There's lighting throughout and the showers are electric on their own separate cable runs so the unit can be run just as a building from a single 16amp supply or with all showers and power needs from a 32/3phase supply. In regular use before covid but sitting in storage since then it's time this very useful trailer found a new home.
